Grande Côte Operations (GCO), a subsidiary of the Eramet Group in Senegal, specializes in the processing, production, and shipping of mineral sands, specifically ilmenite, zircon, rutile, and leucoxene.

It is in this context that GCO is recruiting a Maintenance Project Officer EPS (M/F) under the VIE program for its XX department.

Context:
It is within this framework that GCO is recruiting an Operational Excellence Maintenance Engineer (M/F) under the VIE program for its Maintenance department, who will play a key role in the implementation of the Eramet Production System (EPS) and World Class Maintenance (WCM) programs.
The V.I.E mission is based at the GCO site in Diogo for a duration of 12 months (with possible extension).
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement the EPS/World Class Maintenance (WCM) program within the GCO company.
- Support the maintenance teams in implementing the EPS standards according to the Eramet framework.
- Monitor and focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) in maintenance.
- Promote best practices to increase maintenance efficiency.
- Track and support the services in improving employee skills.
- Develop new standards to achieve operational excellence.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (Bac +5 or Bac +4).
- Initial experience in the field of maintenance.
- Essential competence in using data analysis tools and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Excellent communication skills, capable of sharing clear information, providing precise instructions, and collaborating effectively across different hierarchical levels and departments.
- Resilience and adaptability.
- Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office suite.
- Good command of English and French.
