MAINTENANCE AND INDUSTRIAL IT MANAGER - M/F, Dunkerque, France
Comilog, a subsidiary of the Eramet group, specializes in the extraction and processing of manganese ore, of which it is the world's 1er largest producer.
The Dunkirk plant employs 75 people and produces around 65 to 70 kt of silico-manganese, an essential compound in steel production, with annual sales of around 60 million euros. The plant is constantly striving for safety and continuous improvement, while keeping pace with technological, economic and environmental developments in the metallurgical field.
Job description:
The Maintenance and Industrial IT Manager manages the teams and activities of the maintenance department to achieve objectives in collaboration with production, in compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
He/she manages maintenance contracts on an operational level.
He/she manages the site's industrial IT network and applications.
Responsibilities :
As a member of the plant steering committee in charge of the "Maintenance" process, you will be required to :
- Establish the general maintenance strategy for all fixed installations on the site
- Maintain COMILOG Dunkerque's production facilities and infrastructures in optimum working order
- Apply the Group's WCM (World Class Maintenance) standard
- Manage your team (15 people) by applying the Group's production principles
- Manage the site's investment plan and monitor it on a monthly basis
- Manage the site's industrial and application computing network
- Ensure regulatory compliance of equipment
Your Profile:
- Mechanical and/or electrical engineer
- 10 years' experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of industrial computing, automation, and industrial process supervision tools
- Basic knowledge of metallurgy desirable
- Sense of organization and method
- Masters the regulations in force in his field
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- People skills: active listening, empowerment and delegation, team support, calmness in tense situations.
- Know how to prioritize
- Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate with suppliers
- English required
