Senior Communication Expert

Responsibilities :

• Understands the events happening in WBN-IWIP and the local, regional, national and international impact.
• Understands the dynamics between local, regional, and national Indonesian stakeholders.
• Understands legal implications, permitting issues and stakeholders affected, when it comes to release information.
• Learn about WBN-IWIP communication methods.
• Help WBN-IWIP developing existing communication routines, and implementing new ones, giving support and training the team onsite.
• Supports the creation of communication teams:
• Local team
• National team
• Media content team (website, medias, LinkedIn)
• Gives support to HR PT WBN-IWIP by improving image of WBN-IWIP making it more attractive for talents.
• Creates media contents that will help to put in the spotlight permanently WBN-IWIP operation.
• Link with WBN-IWIP permitting team to ensure consistency on the statements.
• Link with Eramet Indonesia, helps to review, schedule and release information with the willingness of improving the image of PT WBN-IWIP, that integrates SONIC BAY.

About you:

• Academic training or equivalent level: 5 years of higher education (IEP, CELSA, Business Schools, Journalism Schools, Master's Degree in Literature or Communication)
• Successful experience in a 360° communication and public affairs position (at least 10 years) primarily in an industrial group with integration issues in a territory or in a communication agency.
• Technical skills and know-how required:

Mastery of internal and external communication tools;

Mastery of press and public relations;

Writing and oral skills;

Sensitivity to the problems of the customary world

• Fluent English is a must
• Behavioral skills:

Very good listening skills and openness;

Availability and reactivity.

Rigor;

Field experience and excellent interpersonal skills.

Sensitivity to interculturality

Great capacity of adaptation and diplomacy.
