Descriptif du poste :

Projet Weda Bay : JV entre Tsingshan (actionnaire majoritaire) et Eramet, ainsi que PT Antam (10%). La société ouvre (construction de routes et d'infrastructures) et exploitera une concession minière (contrat de travail) pour un minimum de 4WMT/an de minerai de nickel (jusqu'à 15Mwmt/an), tout en construisant et en exploitant une usine NPI de 30kt de nickel contenu. L'investissement total pour ces opérations est évalué à 525M$. L'effectif total du projet minier sera de 1 000 à 2 500 personnes, y compris les sous-traitants.

Dans le cadre du projet Weda Bay en Indonésie, le titulaire du poste fait partie de l'équipe d'ingénierie minière de PT Weda Bay afin de :

1. Démontrer un engagement personnel en faveur de bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité et d'environnement.

2. Mettre en œuvre, maintenir et améliorer un système de gestion de la flotte pour les opérations de transport et d'extraction.

3. Gérer une équipe d'ingénieurs en gestion de données et superviser l'entrée quotidienne des données.

4. Assurer l'exactitude des rapports et tableaux de bord quotidiens de l'OEE, développer de nouveaux rapports et tableaux de bord de l'OEE en fonction des besoins.

5. Appliquer la méthodologie de l'excellence opérationnelle pour améliorer les performances globales, diriger des projets clés de performance opérationnelle.

Responsabilités :

• Sous la responsabilité du Mine Engineering Manager
• Respecter les normes de sécurité et d'environnement pour l'activité minière
• Garantir la qualité du minerai tout au long de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, en reliant le modèle de bloc, l'échantillonnage TOS, l'échantillonnage POS et la mise en œuvre, la maintenance et l'amélioration d'un système de gestion de la flotte pour les opérations de transport et d'extraction
• Gérer une équipe d'ingénieurs de gestion des données et superviser l'entrée quotidienne des données
• Assurer l'exactitude des rapports et tableaux de bord quotidiens
• Appliquer la méthodologie de l'excellence opérationnelle pour améliorer les performances globales, diriger les projets clés de performance opérationnelle
• Promouvoir l'amélioration continue des performances

Votre Profil :

• De formation BAC+5 Master en génie minier ou dans une discipline connexe.
• Niveau avancé en anglais, écrit et parlé
• Une expérience de travail dans une mine ou une carrière est préférable.

Purpose of the position:

Weda Bay Project: JV between Tsingshan (majority shareholder) and Eramet, as well as PT Antam (10%). The company is opening (building road and infrastructure) and will be operating a mining concession (Contract Of Work) for a minimum 4WMT/y of Ni ore (up to 15Mwmt/y), while building and then operating a 30kt Ni contained NPI plant. Total investment for these operations is valued at 525M$. The total workforce in the mining project will be between 1 000 to 2 500 persons, including contractors.

In the frame of the Weda Bay project in Indonesia, the jobholder is part of the PT Weda Bay Mine Engineering team in order to:

1. Demonstrate personal commitment to good Safety and Environmental practices
2. Implement, maintain, and improve a fleet management system for the haulage and extraction operations
3. Manage a team of data management engineers and the supervise the daily input of data
4. Ensure the accuracy of daily OEE reports and dashboards, develop new OEE reports and dashboards according to needs
5. Apply operational excellence methodology to improve overall performances, lead key operational performance projects

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to: Mine Engineering Manager
• Respect the safety and environmental standards for the mining activity
• Guarantee the quality of the ore along the supply chain, linking block model, TOS sampling, POS sampling and Implement, maintain, and improve a fleet management system for the haulage and extraction operations
• Manage a team of data management engineers and the supervise the daily input of data
• Ensure the accuracy of daily reports and dashboards
• Apply operational excellence methodology to improve overall performances, lead key operational performance projects
• Promote the continuous improvement in performances

About you:

• Advanced level in English, written and spoken
• Master’s degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• Experience in working in mine or quarry is preferable
