Responsibilities : 
In the frame of the Weda Bay operations the jobholder is part of the PT Weda Bay Division management team in order to Improve the performance of Weda bay through process optimization and control
•    Interface between Mines and plants (ore quality, variability, homogenization…)
•    Develop and implement process and performances indicators (dashboards)
•    Follow-up the process to keep the plant at its optimal operating point.
•    Take part in various strategic projects aimed at improving the plant safety and performances, or develop new products.
•    Review the SOP with the local team.

About you:
•    Bachelor or master’s degree in metallurgical/Process Engineering.
•    Minimum 4 years combined experience in metallurgical plant operations.
•    Fluent in English
•    Able to communicate in Mandarin (minimum level B)
