Corporate Controller PT WBN
Purpose of the position
In the frame of the Weda Bay Partnership in Indonesia, the jobholder is part of the PT Eramet Indonesia Corporate Organization in order to:
1. Lead and supervise the accounting and financial reporting activities,
2. Analyze and explain the company activity and the main financial variation,
3. Coordinate and prepare the financial yearly budget, revised forecasts and monthly rolling forecast of the company,
4. Provide support for the operation when needed by providing analysis and financial highlight of the activity,
5. Be a valuable caller and interface for any question of the Group related to the activity of the company.

Dimensions
Scope: JV between Tsingshan (majority shareholder) and Eramet, as well as PT Antam (10%). The company is operating a mining concession and a 30kt Ni contained NPI plant. The revenue of the company is around $1.8b. The total workforce in the JV is around 8000 persons, including contractors
Profile and experience
• English proficiency, written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus.
• Master's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years' experience working in corporate controlling
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data analysis
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills
• Able to generate budgets and reports under tight deadline
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with different stakeholders
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
