Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Purpose of the position
The position covers all Eramet activities in Indonesia, Eramet subsidiaries, operation partnerships & projects.
- Prepare of the full financial planning and analysis of all Eramet companies in Indonesia (JVs, operation, projects, etc) That includes the full preparation of budget, prono, rolling forecast, 5YP and strategic plan under the Eramet group policies and standards
- Analyze and explain the company activity and the main financial variation by providing variance analysis, rolling forecast of all activities with limited data available for some companies
- Prepare and review the monthly, quarterly, budget presentations and be responsible for the accuracy/quality of the data,
- Provide support for the operation when needed by providing analysis and financial highlight of the activity,
- Be a valuable caller and interface for any question of the Group related to the activity of the Eramet subsidiaries in Indonesia.
To succeed in this position, you will demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality.

- Being accountable for numbers provided to the Group of the different entities with different stakeholders and information available.
- Different accounting system and organization depending on the projects/operations/companies
- Activity located in remote area. A monthly visit is mandatory to understand and coordinate with the operation team
Profile and experience
• English proficiency, written and spoken, Mandarin is a plus.
• Master's degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years' experience working in corporate controlling
• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data analysis
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Solid networking and interpersonal skills
• Able to generate budgets and reports under tight deadline
• Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with different stakeholders
• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
