Eramet Indonesia is an integral part of the Eramet. Its presence in Indonesia dates back more than 17 years, with nickel exploration investment in Central Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia. Eramet has partnered with Tsingshan Group in Weda Bay Nickel (WBN). With significant investments in infrastructure and modern technology, Eramet Indonesia is committed to meeting the growing demand for mineral resources and contributing to Indonesia's sustainable growth, particularly in energy transition. Responsibilities:

    1. Front Desk Management:
    • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive and professional first impression
    • Address and resolve visitor or client concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Provide information and assistance to visitors, ensuring their needs are met during their visit.
    • Maintain and organize the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, distributing them promptly to the relevant departments.

 

    1. Office Assistance:
    • Meeting room bookings, and ensure that all necessary facilities are provided.
    • Support office staff with various tasks, such as setting up meeting rooms, organizing office events, and assisting with catering arrangements.
    • Help with the preparation and cleanup of office meetings and events, including arranging seating and refreshments.
    • Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the office, reporting any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel.

 

    1. Security and Safety:
    • Monitor access to the building, ensuring that security protocols are followed by all visitors and employees.
    • Report any suspicious activities or safety concerns to the appropriate authority.

 

    1. Collaboration and Teamwork:
    • ​​​​​​​Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
    • Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that all areas of the office are well-maintained and that cleaning schedules are adhered to.

 

Requirement:

    1. Education:
      • D2/ D3 diploma or equivalent is required.
      • Additional certification or training in office administration, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
    2. Previous experience in a receptionist or front office role is preferred.
    3. Skills:
      • verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
      • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
      • Familiar in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
      • Ability to manage time effectively, particularly when required to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
      • Customer-focused with a positive attitude and a professional appearance.

      • Friendly, approachable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
      • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
