Purpose:
- Ensure the operational management of Human Resources of a perimeter, in support of HR Manager.Support Head of HR Department to supervise and monitor HR Service Delivery and HRIS, and functions, coordinate with other roles within HR Department for daily operational of Human Resource services.
- Manage Eramet Indonesia HR and HR processes (Annual and mid-year interviews, Salary Reviews, People Review) in support of Head of HR Department Dimensions Eramet Indonesia and Projects, PT Eramet Indonesia Mining, PT Eramet Halmahera Mining including planned/future projects. Interface: between entities
Complexity of the position:
- Contribute to the creation of a new working collective as part of the regrouping of headquarters teams

- Implement policies
- Multiplicity of internal customers (Managers and employees)
- The position requires a medium-term vision of HR issues and to support it through the implementation of transversal projects.

Main responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including follow-up audit findings and other compliance issues related to HR service delivery.
- Suggest necessary improvement idea and initiatives of the policies and procedures implementation of HR service delivery.
- Ensure payroll and benefit processing and payment in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with regulatory requirement and HR policy. Including annual leave monitoring.
- Monitor the administration of employee benefits ensuring all benefit plans are available to employees in accordance with their eligibility and benefit elections.
- Develop human resource information system (currently employee database) related to HR services. Maintain accuracy and update of the database in a timely and effectively manner.
- Ensure the management and support of mobility.
- Ensure effective implementation of employee and industrial relation practices related to employment in accordance with regulatory requirement and company rules/regulations.
- Maintain cooperation and flow of information from other related departments and external parties in order to deliver HR services effectively and efficiently.
- Responsible to accomplish other job arranged by Head of HR Department.
- Manage the various projects of the perimeter or participate in the projects of the HR
Department:
- Ensure the completion of technical and administration processes.
- Supporting organizational changes
Profile and experience:
- 7 to 10 years of professional experience in international groups with matrix organization including significant experience in the similar industry
- Strength of proposal in terms of managerial transformation, Government regulations related to employment
- Compensation management: payroll and benefit and new HR tools
- Appetite for teamwork and project mode
- Sense of service and result, autonomy and organization
- Communication and presentation skill
