Eramet Indonesia is an integral part of the Eramet. Its presence in Indonesia dates back more than 17 years, with nickel exploration investment in Central Halmahera, North Maluku, Indonesia. Eramet has partnered with Tsingshan Group in Weda Bay Nickel (WBN). Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Handle tasks related to invoice payments, reimbursements, and contract documentation for the HR department.

Provide employee documentation needs, such as work certificates and holiday visa sponsorship letters.

Manage employee leave records and attendance tracking.

Prepare and maintain accurate database and report in own area.

Office Facility Management, Coordinate with the receptionist, office assistant, and procurement team for the purchase of office and pantry supplies.

Financial Administration, Manage HR petty cash to support operational needs, maintaining accurate records and accountability.

Travel Management Support, Act as the back-up for the Travel Management Supervisor, assisting with travel arrangements, formalities and ensuring seamless continuity.

Inventory and Asset Management, Maintain an updated inventory list of HR and General Affairs assets, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
Required qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Professional Experience: Proven experience in HR administration, office management, or a similar administrative role (1-2 years preferred).
- Skill : Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and local labor laws is a plus.
