Senior Communication Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Corporate Communications Support
- Assist the Communications Manager in planning and executing the organization’s communications strategy.
- Contribute across media relations, campaigns, branding, events, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Produce and edit high-quality multimedia and graphic content to support corporate messaging.
- Monitor and analyze media and digital coverage to strengthen organizational reputation.
- Lead the execution of both communications internal and external projects and events, not limited to managing event organizer
- Manage project task force and consultants in support for Communication activities.
Branding, campaigns and reputation
- Ensure consistent application of brand identity, tone, and positioning.
- Support the development of creative, integrated campaigns that highlight organizational priorities and impact.
- Contribute to proactive reputation management and crisis communications.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Lead, manage and grow the organization’s presence on social media platforms
- Produce and edit photos, videos, reels, graphics, and stories tailored to each platform.
- Apply strong design sense to create visually compelling digital content.
- Monitor trends and emerging digital tools to keep the organization’s presence innovative and impactful.
Media & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support Communications manager to maintain strong media relations at local, national, and international levels.
- Draft and prepare press releases, briefing packs, and opinion pieces.
- Support stakeholder engagement through clear, tailored communications for government, NGOs, community partners, and business stakeholders.
ESG & Sustainability Communications
- Lead the development and delivery of communications for ESG programs and sustainability initiatives.
- Translate ESG data and technical insights into accessible, engaging stories for diverse audiences.
- Develop creative visuals, infographics, and multimedia assets to showcase sustainability commitments.
- Ensure ESG communications reflect transparency, credibility, and alignment with international standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in communications, public relations, or related fields.
- Outstanding storytelling skills, with proven expertise in social media management, content creation, and digital engagement, are a must.
- Hands-on proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar) is a must.
- Basic graphic design skills and a strong sense of design, with the ability to produce visually compelling layouts and visuals are a must.
- Excellent understanding of branding, positioning, and corporate voice.
- Demonstrated experience in media relations, campaigns, and events.
- Strong ability to engage with multiple and complex stakeholders.
- Background in ESG communications, with the ability to simplify complex sustainability concepts into clear storytelling would be a plus.
- copywriting, and editing skills.
- Excellent fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written).
- Able to deliver high-quality outputs under tight deadlines in a complex, multicultural environment.
- Willing to have a frequent travel to site arrangement.
