Senior Human Resources Information System & Data Analytics Specialist
Description:

The Senior Human Resources Information System & Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for duties relating to handling and maintaining Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Data Management & reporting, Payroll and Budgeting.

This position reports to Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

HRIS

  • Maintain and manage the HR information system- HRIS (to Talent@Work, LMS, TMS systems, PowerBI or other HR system) to ensure its smooth operation.
  • Update the HRIS data as needed to reflect changes in the organization or the industry.
  • Provide user support and training on the HRIS to HR staff and employees.
  • Provide technical support to managers and employees on issues related HRIS.
  • Working with the HRIS corporate team to ensure any new updates and/or issues are well addressed.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and enhancements.
  • Test and evaluate new HRIS features and modules

Data Management & Reporting

  • Oversee HR data entry, maintenance, and accuracy.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Prepares, analyze, produces, and monitors HR reports including but not limited to: HR dashboards, HR budget, workforce, payroll, Gender Equality Report

Payroll

  • Manages and checks the payroll to ensure all employees within the scope are paid in line with their contracts, and the regulatory and contractual requirements
  • Ensures payroll activities and payroll payment are made ontime
  • Act as th point of contact for employees regarding payroll including; income tax, BPJS, pension scheme, attendance & leaves
  • Manage offboarding.
  • Oversee all matters related to income tax and social security compliance, including employee registration and deactivation, statutory reporting, audits, and related administrative activities

Your Profile

  • 5-8 years experience in HRIS and Payroll
  • Experienced with Coretax is a plus

Soft Skill:

  • Proactive and adaptable, Ability to work independently and can collaborate with others and adjust to changes in reporting standards or company processes. 
  • Proficiency in communicating with the management, other divisions, and other stakeholders 
  • Self-motivated individual with effective organizational skills
  • Ability to undertake multiple tasks at the same time without losing focus
  • Strong attention to detail
