Senior Payroll & HRIS Specialist
Description:

The Senior Payroll & HRIS Specialist will be responsible for duties relating to handling and mnage Payroll, Budgeting, Data Management & reporting, and Human Resources Information System (HRIS).

This position reports to Head of Human Resources

Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Administers and reviews payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments in compliance with employment contracts and applicable regulations, using manual Excel processes.
  • Ensures all payroll operations and disbursements are completed promptly and accurately.
  • Oversee all matters related to income tax compliance including registration and deactivation of tax ID for expatriates, statutory reporting, insurance, audits, and related administrative activities.
  • Oversee all matters related to social security and insurance compliance, including employee registration and deactivation, claimage,  and related administrative activities.
  • Serves as the main liaison for employee payroll inquiries, income tax, BPJS, pension programs, attendance, and leave matters.
  • Provides guidance and support to employees on payroll-related issues, including statutory deductions and benefit schemes.

HRIS

  • Maintain and manage the HR information system (Talent@Work/ SAP, TMS systems, or other HR system) to ensure its smooth operation.
  • Update the HRIS data as needed to reflect changes in the organization or the industry.
  • Working with the HRIS corporate & IT team to ensure any new updates and/or issues are well addressed.
  • Contribute to HRIS development by suggesting improvements and participating in feature testing and evaluation.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure timely and precise input, maintenance, and validation of HR data.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Prepares, analyze, produces, and monitors HR reports including but not limited to: HR dashboards, HR budget, workforce, payroll, Gender Equality Report

Your Profile

  • 5-8 years experience in  Payroll. Additional experience in HRIS is a plus.
  • Experienced with Coretax is a plus
  • Advance excell skill
