- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with local communities, particularly those directly impacted by SLN's industrial activities (mining sites, Doniambo, future deposits)
- Develop and strengthen the image of SLN and the Eramet Group by highlighting the company's societal and environmental initiatives
Internal and External Communications:
- Develop internal communications to ensure understanding and commitment from all employees towards the company's strategy and its implementation plan; support the Executive Committee in fostering team cohesion
- Develop external communications with institutional stakeholders to ensure that the challenges of the mining and metallurgical sector are taken into account in their decision-making
- Develop grassroots communication with local stakeholders to identify initiatives aligned with the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy
Management:

- Ensure compliance with internal procedures on safety, environment, labor law, and budgetary control.
Your Profile :
Experience:
- You have significant experience in a senior leadership role within an industrial company, with sustainability challenges and a regulatory, legal and fiscal environment requiring close management of institutional relationships
- You have experience in designing and managing socio-economic development projects for rural communities, as well as in community relations partnerships and programmes
- You have a solid understanding of Caledonian institutions and local political, social and economic issues
- Successful experience in interministerial matters and overseas territories would be a plus
