Job description:
As Head of the HRIS and Payroll Department, you will be responsible for all the IS applications of the Human Resources and Social Relations Department. You will be responsible for producing payroll for 2,000 employees at three mining sites and one metallurgical plant, while driving the digital transformation of HR processes.
In particular, you will be responsible for:

Setting up and deploying digital HR tools (ATS, LMS, employee portal, skills management, digital payslip, etc.).
- Ensuring the reliability and evolution of time and activity management processes, as well as payroll automation.
- Manage payroll software changeover projects, from needs analysis to deployment.
- Continuous improvement of HR tools and processes through automation and digitalization.
You will manage a team of 10 employees, ensure their skills development, and be a key player in the "paperless" project within the HR department.
Responsibilities :
- Produce a payroll that complies with legal and conventional rules, guaranteeing its accuracy.
- Manage HRIS projects, from drafting specifications to managing change.
- Deploy the Group's new HR tools and adapt existing software to SLN's needs.
- Ensure optimal management of leave, absenteeism and working hours via digital tools (e-Temptation).
- Manage and develop the skills of a team of HRIS and payroll experts.
Your profile:
- Higher education graduate, with significant experience in HR team management within a large, multi-site organization.
- Expert in HRIS and payroll, with recognized mastery of HR Access (HRA) and proven experience in implementing payroll software in complex industrial environments.
- Strategic vision of the impact of digital technology on HR, with expertise in change management.
- Organizational skills, pragmatism and ability to evolve in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Excellent communicator, recognized for your interpersonal skills and your ability to develop your colleagues.
