Operational Strategy Security Manager W/M

 

Responsibilities : 
The tasks representing the major responsibilities of the position are as follows:
•    Operational Security Strategy: Developing and implementing policies and procedures that comply with in line with legal standards and best practice. Anticipate needs and develop the 5-year safety vision. Coordinating the operational implementation of the safety strategy.
•    Prevention Programmes: Developing and implementing programmes and initiatives to promote safety.
•    Management tools Reporting: Developing and optimizing management tools to improve management. Facilitate their use and reports production.
•    Data management and analysis: Ensuring quality (procedures and data) - Analysing trends / Definition of action plans.
•    Inter-departmental collaboration: Achieving the integration of safety practices
•    Group collaboration
•    Project Management: leading and coordinating transformation projects to implementation of new prevention programmes.
•    Risk assessment: Identifying, analysing and assessing potential risks to the safety of employees and facilities.
•    Training and awareness: Designing and delivering training programmes.
•    Safety event management: monitoring safety events.
•    Technological and regulatory watch
•    Continuous improvement: Defining, deploying and managing projects and tools that contribute to improving safety management (Lean-Six Sigma, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, etc.).

 

About you: 
•    Education & experience
- Engineering degree or master’s degree in science (QHSE, risk management, industrial engineering, etc.)
- At least 15 years' experience in the field of industrial safety in a management role, managing safety departments or services
•    Skills
- Strong leadership skills, ability to involve teams and an appetite for teamwork,
- Ability to adapt, agility, resistance to stress, perseverance and courage,
- Mastery of project management and performance management tools and methods,
- Expertise in safety regulations and standards,
- Ability to analyze and assess risks,
- Excellent communication, training and leadership skills,
- Fluency in the use of digital management tools (PowerBI, Cority, Success Factor)
