Job Description:
Our Technical Department is looking to strengthen its team by hiring a full-time Project Execution Manager (M/F) to lead the department responsible for executing Investment Programs and Major Projects as decided by General Management in Nouméa, New Caledonia.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the department's safety performance and foster a culture of safety excellence on worksites,
- Maintain constructive relationships with Production and Maintenance departments,
- Lead the Project Execution team with a focus on Performance, Client Service, and the development of team members,
- Ensure the relevance of technical choices and the quality of executions,
- Validate execution strategies and ensure the robustness of contracts signed with our suppliers,
- Guarantee contract management adapted to project stakes,
- Promote best practices in Project Management, particularly in risk management and project controls,
- Ensure the provision of installations compliant with industry standards and specifications,
- Provide clients with all necessary documentation for the operation and maintenance of new equipment.
Your Profile:
You hold a degree from a General Engineering School with at least 15 years of experience in Engineering and/or Construction in the Mining and/or Heavy Industry sectors, including:
- Comprehensive knowledge of project management in large industrial projects,
- In-depth understanding of engineering and study processes,
- Proficiency in performance management tools and methods,
- Successful experience in managing multidisciplinary teams,
- Professional English skills,
- Versatility and initiative.
