Administrative Management Officer

Job description: 

We are looking for an HR Administrative Management Officer to contribute to the quality and reliability of the Group's administrative and payroll processes. As a key player in the employee experience, you will contribute to Eramet's HR performance by ensuring rigorous, secure, and service-oriented management of data and administrative processes.

 

Attached to the HR Service Delivery scope, you will work closely with HR Managers, payroll teams, managers, and employees from the Group's various French entities. You will also play a driving role in the continuous improvement and digitalization of administrative processes, serving collective quality and efficiency.

 

Responsibilities:

Administrative management of personnel

  • Process administrative requests from employees and HR teams (hiring, amendments, changes in situation, etc.).
  • Manage the administrative onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Draft and monitor simple HR correspondence.
  • Update information in HR tools and the employee portal.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of administrative processes.

 

Payroll & time management

  • Collect, enter, and verify payroll variables.
  • Ensure compliance with the payroll schedule and closures.
  • Support time management in dedicated tools.
  • Handle first-level requests related to payroll.

 

HR support & coordination

  • Manage requests via ticketing tools (prioritization, tracking, responses).
  • Provide administrative support to HR Managers.
  • Organize presentations on administrative processes (onboarding, digital tools, etc.).
  • Alert HR contacts in case of specific situations.

 

About you:

  • Advanced education in Human Resources, labor law, payroll, or personnel administration, with at least 2 years of experience in HR administrative management (multi-site environment appreciated).
  • Excellent mastery of personnel administration and good knowledge of labor law and payroll (variable collection, payroll statement review).
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and experience with HRIS, GED, and ticketing tools.
  • Ability to draft and manage standardized administrative documents while strictly adhering to confidentiality and GDPR regulations.
  • Rigor, organizational skills, and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment (payroll, reporting).
  • Service-oriented mindset, strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, and enthusiasm for continuous improvement and digitization of HR processes.
