We want to accelerate Eramet's cultural transformation and anchor a culture of compliance and risk reduction in the group's DNA at the best in class level. To do this, we must help the organization and all Eramet employees to better understand the role of Internal Control, Risk Management and Internal Audit.
To help us, we are looking for a trainee in charge of Communication and Change Management for the CARE Department (Eramet Control, Audit and Risks).
Your role
Within the CARE Department of the group, you will develop communication around the various achievements of the Department and around actions to drive change towards a culture of compliance. You will take charge of internal and external communication, particularly on social networks and traditional media, as well as the organization and monitoring of internal CARE communication campaigns and events.
Your missions
• Prepare a communication plan to train employees on the 3 lines of control and on the role of the 3 pillars of the CARE Department.
• Produce appropriate communication media for several initiatives of the CARE Department (infographics, flyers, etc.)
• Update the “CARE” pages of the Group intranet.
• Coordinate the production of video and animated content (motion design) to feed the communication and change management plan in coordination with the Communication Department.
• Carry out benchmarks on good communication practices around CARE subjects to transform the culture of compliance within the Eramet Group.
• Provide CARE Management and its collaborators with suggestions on specific communication topics.
• Structure a draft specification for an e-learning.
• Initiate internal opinion polls.
• Contribute to the logistical organization of the CARE seminar and of the Internal Control & Risk Cafés.
• Define a communication schedule on social networks (Topics / Dates / Interlocutors)
• Develop and promote the Group's CARE content on social networks (editorial planning, Community Management, support for several team members on their LinkedIn and Yammer profiles, writing posts, re-posting, responding to comments, etc.)
Your profile
You are a student in Bac + 4 minimum (ideally Bac + 5), from a School of Communication (type Sup de Pub, ISCOM), or a Master's degree in Politics with an appetite for change management and communication.
You are creative, with strong writing skills, and a good knowledge of social networks and their functioning.
You are proficient in the Office Pack and the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Finally, you have a very good knowledge of English.
