Contract Law and International Business Internship_M/F

The Legal Department of the Eramet group based in Paris is looking for a Contract Law and International Business Intern.
Under the supervision of a Senior lawyer, the intern will contribute to the daily missions of the team, particularly in the following areas:
- Contract law;
- Commercial law/business law; and
- Competition law.
Main activities:
- Analysis, review and negotiation of various contracts in French and English (general conditions, purchase contracts, sales contracts, service contracts, NDA, Letter of intent, Memorandum of Understanding, etc.) for our activities in France, in Norway, Gabon, Senegal, Cameroon or New Caledonia;
- Drafting of standard contracts and model clauses;
- Review of standard model contracts (drafting and updating);
- Drafting of notes on specific points (Ohada law, arbitration, CEMAC exchange regulations, maritime law, etc.);
- Development of tools for operational staff (check lists, etc.);
- Legal monitoring.
Required profile:
- Student Lawyer or Student Master 2 in Business Law / Contract Law;
- Very good command of English both orally and in writing.
- Rigor and editorial skills.
- Dynamic, very good interpersonal skills and curious about the industrial environment.
- The intern will also be required to be autonomous and reactive in the management of his organization and his tasks as the internship progresses.
- A first experience in a law firm or within a legal department would be appreciated.
