Job Description:


The position is based in Paris 15 and requires occasional business travel: 2 to 3 trips per year, both domestic (Paris region / other regions in France) and international (intercontinental).

Reporting directly to the Group Ethics and Compliance Director, the Corporate Compliance Officer contributes to the deployment and oversight of the ethics and compliance program. The expertise in compliance and risk management, along with strong communication skills, are essential to promoting a culture of ethics and compliance within the company, while addressing the challenges arising from the complexity of business operations and evolving regulations.

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Monitor, update, and provide guidance on compliance with international sanctions (Europe, USA, UK, United Nations, etc.),

  • Oversee the anti-corruption prevention and compliance plan (Sapin II / FCPA),

  • Conduct third-party due diligence, review conflicts of interest, and manage issues related to sponsorship, gifts, and hospitality,

  • Deliver training and awareness sessions for employees on all ethics-related topics (corruption, international sanctions, anti-money laundering & counter-terrorist financing, etc.),

  • Monitor the Duty of Vigilance framework,

  • Advise operational teams,

  • Prepare reports and follow up on action plans across all aspects of the ethics and compliance program.

 

 

Your Profile:

 

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Law, Business Ethics, Compliance, or a related field,

  • At least 5 years of significant experience in a similar role; international experience is a plus,

  • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and standards,

  • Ability to design, draft, and implement effective compliance programs,

  • Skills in risk assessment and problem-solving related to compliance matters,

  • Proficiency in handling whistleblowing cases,

  • Professional fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
