Customer Quality Manager H/F

Location:  Paris 15,France
Contract type:  Permanent

Job Description: 

The position covers the following product lines: Mn ore, Mn alloys, FeNi/NPI, new cast iron and TiO2 slag (this scope may be extended as required). It requires coordinating the contributions of several Group entities and suppliers located throughout the world: sales management, including international offices, production plants, analysis laboratories, stockists and transporters.
An active contribution to the continuous improvement of the claims handling process is also expected.



Customer Quality Management:
- Supply and maintain the data bases gathering the analyses (chemistry, granulometry, ...) of the products delivered to the customers and calculate the typical ones on annual basis
- Produce and distribute a monthly summary of non-conformities: non-conformity rate, OTIF, PARETO diagrams and cost of non-quality for the company
- Record, document and investigate customer complaints until they are resolved by contacting the relevant parties 
- Ensure the processing of the families of complaints covered by the procedures in place 
- Produce and disseminate indicators to measure the performance of the claims processing activity, alert in case of drift and identify areas for improvement
- Contribute to the development of operating methods and the drafting of associated procedures

Technical support for Sales and Commercial Excellence:
- Supply and maintain the customer and competitor databases
- Supply and maintain the Mn alloys trace elements database
- Ensure the follow-up of new customer requests
- Update and ensure the availability of product sheets, safety data sheets and ISO certificates
- Ensure the functional continuity of traceability tools
- Ensure the follow-up of the Group's commitments on the upstream scope 3 for the "Processing of sold products" category
- Carry out studies as required


Your Profile:

- Quality technician or laboratory technician profile
- 5 years in customer quality management and/or in an analytical laboratory in a factory or research center, preferably in the raw materials industry

Essential technical skills:
- Basic knowledge of inorganic chemistry
- Advanced knowledge of Pack Office, knowledge of Power BI appreciated
- Fluent English
