Digital Transformation Communication & Community Internship_M/F
The Digital Transformation, initiated in 2018 to spread digital tools, the spirit of innovation and new working methods throughout the company, has proved its worth. To strengthen its action, a Digital Transformation & Performance Department (DTPN) has been created, reporting directly to the Executive Committee.
It intervenes in all of Eramet's businesses, functions and entities. Within this department, a Data Foundry was launched in 2019, with the ambition of making Eramet a "data driven" company within 5 years where decision-making is informed by data.
The position is structured around 2 main missions:
1) Community Management:
- Create and animate an internal community around the subject of digital transformation and data;
- Organize events around this community (contests, quizzes, meet-ups, webinars...);
- Manage the participation of the DTPN in external competitions (Innovation Trophy, Big Data Trophy, Netxplo Change) to promote Eramet's digital and data initiatives.
2) Internal & external communication:
- Produce content (interviews, videos, articles) for internal communication (Yammer, Eramet website, DTPN section, etc.) and external communication (Medium, etc.) to present the digital transformation achievements of the group or to summarize the benchmark initiatives.
- Propose a communication roadmap for the Digital Transformation department for the different perimeters concerned by the Digital Transformation;
- Interact with the group and site communication teams on topics identified in the roadmap.
The intern will interact with all the communication and digital transformation teams, as well as with the project leaders and all the employees who are members of the community, in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.
Required profile:
- BAC+4/5 in marketing or communication with relevant experience in community management, digital communication, content creation (articles and videos), internal communication in companies.
- Appetence for industry and digital. A first experience in a company would be appreciated; any associative experience will also be considered.
- Writing skills in French and English, taste for content creation (video, podcast, graphics, photo, etc.).
- Oral skills, ability to listen, analyze and summarize, ability to interact at all levels of the company.
- Language: Fluent French, Fluent English
- Digital tools: Office 365 - Sharepoint; corporate social networks, collective intelligence tools (Miro, Iobeya, Klaxoon), graphic creation such as Photoshop, video creation tools.
