Document and Project Lifecycle Management Product Line Manager F/M

We are seeking a Document & Project Lifecycle Management Product Line Manager F/M.
Reporting to the Group IS Solutions team and working closely with the PMO (Project Management Office) team, the Product Line Manager is responsible for managing, optimizing and developing IS solutions for the entire Group.
As such, he/she oversees project management tools, including Primavera P6 and MS Project Server, as well as the EcoSys project budget control solution. He/she is also in charge of document management solutions, notably M-Files and their associated tools, such as electronic signature with DocuSign or the external Synapture portal.
Guaranteeing the performance and evolution of these applications, he/she ensures their optimization and alignment with the Group's strategic orientations. He/she is also responsible for interfacing with IS teams (hosting, cybersecurity, etc.) and is involved in all technical matters relating to his/her area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the strategic vision (6-24 months).
- Manage IS projects in coordination with local entities.
- Follow-up of commitments in terms of priorities and deadlines.
- Participation in steering committees with business units.
- Management of an external team of 3 consultants.
- Manage and monitor the perimeter budget.
- Definition of product vision: Business expertise, identification of user expectations and strategic evolutions.
- Planning and prioritization: Selection of high value-added functionalities and organization of releases.
- Steering and performance: Monitoring of KPIs and reporting to the business units.
- Leadership and coordination: Organization of user committees and communication with non-technical departments.
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree +5, engineering or business school
- Experience > 5 years with document management and project management solutions
- Knowledge of an EDM solution essential, M-Files a plus
- Previous industrial experience
- IT project management, mastery of project methodology
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish a climate of trust with business managers
- Initiative and ability to propose and implement solutions
- Mastery of IS project management and TMA processes
- Knowledge of global IT architecture (network, mobility, data center)
- Fluent English, Spanish a plus
