ESG Internship

You will join the Environment and Extra-Financial Performance team which is part of the Sustainable Development and Corporate Commitment Department of the Eramet Group.

The team, made up of 8 people, supports the sites to help them with their CSR issues. Responding to the various requests from the Group's stakeholders on ESG topics and helping to roll out CSR certifications are also part of the team's work.

 

In addition, you will work with several departments such as human rights and community relations, human resources, ethics and compliance, security, energy, public affairs. The missions offered in this internship are therefore highly visible.

Main missions:

Reporting to the ESG Performance Coordinator, you will support the DDEE management in deploying the Group's ESG strategy in order to be always more efficient.

In particular, we offer the following missions:

- Support for the animation of the CSR network

- Development of benchmarks on extra-financial ratings

- Analysis of ratings and reports from non-financial rating agencies on the Group

- Implementation of indicators/actions that will improve the Group's performance

- Analyze the texts of the European CSRD directive (Corporate Sustainable reporting directive) in order to prepare the Group for its alignment

- Enrich our ESG materials for the various stakeholders

 

Required profile:

Bac +4, Bac +5 Master or School of Engineering with a CSR / Sustainable Development specialization.

You have a particular interest in ESG issues and societal issues.

Your knowledge of European legislation and the operation of rating agencies will be very useful.

Your spirit of analysis and synthesis and your ability to organize yourself will be essential assets to carry out your missions.

You master office and analytical tools, written and oral English.

You have a professional level of French.
