- Lead negotiations of international framework agreements and support subsidiaries in their local social relations challenges, in partnership with local HR teams and Group HR leadership
- Contribute to defining Group-level social orientations (CSR policy, diversity & inclusion, quality of work life) and coordinate cross-country best practice sharing
- Monitor social indicators, build action plans from social diagnostics and drive initiatives that enhance the maturity of social dialogue across the Group
Your profile:
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in labor law, employee relations or human resources, you bring a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in labor/employee relations, gained in a multi-entity or multi-country environment.
- You have a solid command of French labor law, employee representative structures and collective bargaining processes.
- Exposure to international or multicultural social dialogue is a strong asset.
- Known for your diplomacy, active listening skills and collaborative leadership, you are equally at ease navigating legal complexity and the human and strategic dimensions of your role.
