Human Rights Internship M/F
The Eramet Group, which operates internationally (Gabon, Senegal, Cameroon, New Caledonia, Argentina, Norway), has placed CSR at the heart of its strategy.
The mission of the Social Impact and Human Rights Department is to:
- To anchor operational excellence in Community Relations and human rights through the fundamentals, based on international performance standards
- Develop Eramet's contributory ecosystem
- Publicize the positive impact made through regular publications
Mission:
In assistance to the Social Impact and Human Rights team, the intern will mainly contribute to the support of the human rights branch of the team: advancement of action plans related to human rights, implementation of risk mapping, facilitation of human rights networks, support in the preparation of the human rights publication and support in the preparation of trainings.
Required profile:
- Graduate degree (Master or IEP) in social and political sciences, and/or law (with a specialization in international public law, human rights, public law and civil liberties, humanitarian law).
- Desired knowledge of international standards (UDHR, International Covenants, ILO, UNGPs...)
- A lively and cheerful temperament, curious and with a good team spirit and ability to synthesize, good writing skills and a keen sense of organization.
- You have a good level of written and spoken English. Spanish is a plus.
