IT Finance Product Line Manager F/M

Job Description:
As part of the Group IT Solutions team and the SAP Competence Center, the Finance Product Line Manager is responsible for managing and developing applications that cover several key areas: accounting, management control, treasury and consolidation for the entire Eramet group. This role involves defining and executing the product strategy in close coordination with business teams. The Manager monitors performance, analyzes competitors, manages relationships with internal clients, and proposes enhancements or new products. They also oversee the development, integration, and management of products within the Group's application landscape. This role is based in Paris 15th with business international travels.
Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the medium to long-term vision of the scope (6-24 months)
- Lead IT projects within the Finance domain, in close collaboration with local entities
- Ensure commitments are met in terms of priorities and deadlines
- Participate in steering committees with various business departments
- Manage an internal team of 4 people (Product Owners and Business Analysts)
- Define and monitor the budget allocated to the scope
- Develop the product vision based on recognized expertise in the business domain
- Identify user needs and prioritize key functionalities
- Organize and lead user committees to contribute to the medium and long-term product vision
- Define KPIs and provide product reporting to business departments
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree (bac +5) from an engineering or business school.
- Over 10 years of experience with SAP solutions, either in application maintenance (TMA) or project management, with a strong command of SAP FI modules (GL-AP-AR-AA) and CO (OM-PC-PA-CCA), and knowledge of the FC module would be a plus.
- Familiar with a treasury management solution and have prior experience managing applications shared across multiple companies, preferably internationally.
- Management skills to lead a team, along with strong interpersonal abilities to build trust with business managers and IT departments.
- Proactive, able to propose solutions and implement them effectively.
- Proficient in IT project management, TMA processes, and have a solid understanding of global IT architecture (network, mobility, data center).
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory
