Are you ready to take on the challenge of being an SAP Product Owner for Logistics and Sales? Join our team at Eramet and embrace the dynamic role where you'll be the key liaison between business needs and technical solutions. Your primary mission will be to ensure smooth operations by prioritizing tasks, resolving issues, and driving projects forward. Responsibilities:
- Lead/execute the handling of incidents within their scope (Level 2 application support) within defined timelines.
- Resolve issues according to the current methodology (emergency action to restore service followed by root cause eradication).
- Lead/execute standard services within their scope (requests) within defined timelines.
- Manage accounts and access rights in coordination with business units in compliance with company security rules.
- Ensure the proper functioning of associated Application Maintenance Services (AMS).
- Implement and lead assigned IT projects from conception to acceptance to achieve optimal results aligned with business requirements in terms of quality, performance, cost, timeline, and security.
- Provide assistance and advice on the use of the application system within their responsibility. Contribute to the evolution of business processes and applications in line with business objectives.
- Implement changes to the applications in charge (scope definition, development or follow-up, production deployment) while adhering to the methodology. If necessary, oversee external service providers.
- Define, propose, and implement actions and projects to maintain the operational condition of applications within their scope.
Your Profile:
At least 5 years' higher education (engineering school or university), with at least 8 years' experience in a similar role. Previous experience in the industrial sector preferred.
Key competencies:
- Expert of SAP SD and LE modules.
- Knowledge of a Business Intelligence tool would be a plus (such as PowerBI).
- Expertise of IT project management processes and TMA processes.
- Initiative and ability to propose solutions and implement them.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage various stakeholders at all levels.
