Are you ready to join a dynamic team of commercial operations? As a Market Analyst, you will support the Mineral Sands Commercial Department in the operational and administrative follow-up of its activities. You will play a pivotal role in implementing tools to assess commercial performance and gain a deeper understanding of the competition. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of the commercial team by providing operational support, analyzing market data to improve customer insights, and delivering sales reports with margin analysis. This role is based in Paris and reporting to Sales Director.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Preparation and management of sales contracts, including drafting, sending to clients, and managing archives.
  • Payment follow-up and reminders in case of delays.
  • Support for the sales team with client presentations and verification of product availability.
  • Compliance management, including screening potential clients and sending satisfaction surveys.
  • Monitoring and updating databases on trade statistics (Power BI).
  • Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and preparing relevant analyses.
  • Research and analysis of data on competitors, clients, and regulations for benchmarking.
  • Writing meeting minutes for weekly meetings with various partners.
  • Creation of communication materials (diagrams, schedules) and preparation of monthly activity reports.

Your profile:

  • A degree from a Business or Engineering school, with initial experience in sales or marketing, particularly in the industrial sector.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Precision, team spirit, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • A strong interest in the industrial sector and business development is essential.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP and Power BI.
