Treasury Informations Systems & Middle Office Expert W/M

Within the Group Treasury teams, you will work in an international, multi-entity environment at the heart of payment security, process digitalisation and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

As Treasury Information Systems & Middle Office Expert, you will administer, secure and develop the Group’s treasury information system, including the Diapason solution and related banking platforms.

Your work will directly contribute to the continuity, reliability and security of payment processes. You will also support Treasury Middle Office activities, including controls, reporting, financial risk monitoring and process improvement.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Accounting, Consolidation and Information Systems teams, as well as subsidiaries, banks, software publishers and external service providers.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Administer and secure treasury systems

  • Administer treasury management solutions and the Group’s banking platforms.
  • Manage user access rights and ensure compliance with security rules.
  • Monitor banking connectivity and the quality of exchanges with financial institutions.
  • Monitor system availability, reliability and data quality.
  • Diagnose incidents, prioritise requests and coordinate their resolution with internal teams, software publishers and service providers.
  • Ensure rigorous follow-up of incidents through to full resolution.

Support projects and system enhancements

  • Participate in Treasury transformation and digitalisation projects.
  • Support entities in their banking connectivity or treasury tool enhancement projects.
  • Gather requirements, contribute to the formalisation of requests and follow enhancements through to production.
  • Participate in release reviews and the continuous improvement of the solutions in use.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, simplification and process optimisation.
  • Coordinate discussions with approved software publishers and service providers.

Contribute to Middle Office activities

  • Provide back-up support for selected Treasury Middle Office activities.
  • Participate in controls, reporting and financial risk monitoring.
  • Contribute to monthly accounting close and consolidation activities.
  • Support the strengthening of internal controls and payment security.
  • Contribute to fraud prevention initiatives and compliance with Group procedures.

Support and guide users

  • Provide functional support to users and help them adopt the tools.
  • Support the organisation of training and awareness sessions.
  • Keep documentation, procedures and operating instructions up to date.
  • Coordinate the various stakeholders involved in incidents, projects and system enhancements.

 

 

About You:

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, Treasury, Information Systems or Business, ideally with a specialisation in corporate finance, and have at least 3 years of experience in treasury, financial flows management or the administration of a treasury management system.
  • Experience with Diapason. Kyriba or another treasury management solution is also an advantage. A background in Treasury Back Office can be a strong fit for this role.
  • You are comfortable working in an environment requiring responsiveness, analysis and coordination. 
  • You have a professional command of English and French both written and spoken, enabling you to interact with international stakeholders.
  • Occasional international travel may be required depending on projects and business needs.
