Main purpose:

As Vice President, Project Management & Engineering, you are at the heart of that ambition: in this high-impact, Group-level role, you set the standard for how major projects are conceived, structured, and delivered across our global operations, providing the strategic vision and hands-on guidance that enable our businesses to deliver projects safely, reliably, and with maximum value — from early-stage studies through to full execution.

Responsibilities:
- Guide and support Project Studies delivering value optimisation & clear objectives
- Maintain high levels of engineering & project delivery excellence
- Ensure transparent and effective project governance & reporting
- Add value and reduce delivery risk through coordinating effective project reviews
- Implement robust project documentation & knowledge management processes
- Drive project delivery process improvement & standards development
- Project portfolio management & prioritization
About You:
Education
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline (required).
- Advanced degree or project management certification (PMP, PMI or equivalent) is a distinct advantage.
Experience & Expertise
- 20+ years of progressive experience in project management and engineering in an international environment, with a proven track record of delivering large, complex capital projects in industrial sectors (mining, metals, chemicals, energy or heavy industry strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience engaging with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.
- In-depth expertise across the key disciplines of the full project lifecycle: from early-stage studies, engineering and FID through to execution, controls, commissioning and ramp-up and completion.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, capital allocation, risk management and portfolio management principles.
- Hands-on experience working with EPC and EPCM contractors from conceptual phase through to execution and completion.
