VIE WCM Project Management Officer M/W

Location:  Diogo,Senegal
Contract type:  VIE (European candidates)

For its Mineral Sand mining in Senegal, ERAMET is looking for a VIEWCM Project Management Officer M/W for 12 months. The company's objective is to train the incumbent to become one of the key players of the local team in place and will gain knowledge and understanding the process world Class Maintenance implementation and methods applied to GCO maintenance areas (WCP, MSP, Rail & Port- Mobile).


Main Missions: 

  • Actively contribute to the implementation of the WCM within GCO
  • Provide support to the maintenance departments with the WCM actions plan.
  • Provide required information to help maintenance team developing processes and strategies to reach the WCM targets.
  • Provide feedback to the PMO to update Action plan and S curve.
  • Follow up and focus on the maintenance KPIs and best practices to increase the maintenance efficiency.
  • Follow-up and assist departments on improving employees skills in the development of the new standards.


Required Profile:

  • Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Basic awareness of Maintenance Methods and strategies.
  • Basic Project management skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge in Project management software: MS- Project- Excel
  • Word – PPT etc…
  • Fluent in French and English
