VIE DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION H/F

Grande Cote Operation, subsidiary of the Eramet Group, is an open pit mining company located in Senegal (West Africa).

The company is looking for a VIE Digital Transformation who will participate in the implementation of the 2023 roadmap of the digital transformation of GCO.

Department: Digital Transformation / Mining Techniques Department

Reason for the mission: Follow-up and research of digital solutions for mining activities particularly in Industry 4.0

 

Objectives and main missions :

  • Support the Chief Digital Officer in the implementation of roadmap projects.
  • Assist in planning meetings, ensure proper task allocation, ensure end users are on board
  • Organize and participate in industrial project portfolio management rituals (Factory 4.0)
  • Ensure mobilization & alignment of stakeholders in project execution
  • Define and implement the deployment strategy (adoption, training, communication...) & follow up on project benefits
  • Promote the digital transformation within GCO & the Eramet Group
  • Ensure the overall monitoring & supervision of the project portfolio, in conjunction with each project manager (reporting, budget)


Required Profile :

  • Bac+5 Ecole des mines/Industrial Maintenance Engineer
  • Computer science (Microsoft office, Python, ML..)
  • Analysis of electrical systems, automation, electronics
  • Process analysis as an asset
  • Good level of English essential
  • AI, ML, Data governance
  • IT


Duration: 12 months
