VIE Training and School Relations - M/F
Eramet Grande Côte is a Senegalese (subsidiary of the Eramet Group) that specializes in the recovery of ilmenite, rutile, ilmenite, and zircon. The mine and its two processing plants have been in service since 2014. The project has managed to overcome a series of human, technical, and societal challenges to recover these natural resources, in partnership with the country’s public authorities and local communities.
Main Missions:
Under the authority of the Head of Training and School Relations, the VIE Training and School Relations is responsible for:
Contributing to the management and coordination of training initiatives as well as developing relationships with higher education institutions to strengthen the employer brand and attract new talent. He/she will contribute to the development of skills within the company.
Training:
- Draft training plan procedures
- Prepare and write monthly reports (ensure data reliability and formatting)
- Coordinate training plans with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers)
- Deploy training plans
- Monitor regulatory compliance with all legal obligations of the company regarding training
School Relations:
- Draft procedures for implementing the School Relations component
- Communicate and implement educational projects with schools and universities (site visits, training programs, sponsorship requests, internship requests, etc.)
- Manage inter-departmental relations: Operational managers, communication, talent, employee experience, community, and public affairs.
Your Profile:
- Master’s degree in Human Resources
- 2 to 3 years of HR experience in a multicultural environment
- Knowledge in: Training engineering, HR communication, data analysis, reporting, talent management, project management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills: good oral and written communication, active listening, team spirit, diplomacy, open and positive mindset, organization, and discretion
- Fluent in French and English
