Building Project Leader
Salta, AR
Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French global mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.
Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.
Building Project Leader
Objective of the position
The Building Project Leader is responsible for directing, ensuring and controlling the proper execution of all projects associated with building construction or improvement within Camp Centenario Mice.
Reporting line: reports to the Director of Operational Services.
Puna Salteña. Province of Salta, Argentina.
Responsibilities:
Planning of work processes with the supplier(s) in synergy with Eramine.
Control the performance KPIs of the supplier(s).
Manage contractor's performance with EPS tools.
Report and ensure KPI and Metrics of execution, planning and progress established.
Certify provider services.
Coach and train staff when required.
Profile:
Architect, Construction/Civil Engineer or Senior Master Builder.
Experience of at least 5 (five) years in relation to work activities in building construction projects.
Knowledge or experience in mining or industrial operations in remote sites in Argentina is desirable.
High capacity for organization, planning and control.
Experience in managing third party personnel.
Effective communication with personnel and supervision of the Provider.
Intermediate English.
MS Office / AutoCAD or building design software (excl.).
Availability to work in Puna area with roster system.
