EAM Applications Superintendent

Profile description & Job task

  • Ensure the availability, operation and consistency of the administrative systems that will be necessary for the operation of the company in Argentina.
  • Ensure and coordinate the activities of evolution and corrective maintenance of these applications (SAP as a core ERP System)
  • Manage and monitor the level 2 or level 1 and 2 support (as the case may be) required for these applications.
  • Ensure the maintenance of the functional and technical knowledge required for the durability of the application.
  • Coordinate, pilot and facilitate the realization of the different projects validated by the organization and also being the validation interface with the different contractors and vendors selected for each particular case.
  • Make resolution problems with the current methodology (to return to emergency action by service and eradicate root causes).
  • Manage standard services within the timelines defined in the SLAs.
  • Manage accounts and access rights in coordination with lines of business in accordance with company security rules.
  • Monitor the proper functioning of the associated services (Application Maintenance Levels).
  • Understand and assist with the management of interfaces and the follow-up of related issues depending on how the architecture is defined.
  • Perform if necessary the documentation of support and maintenance of these applications.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing and Logistics Organization to provide support to the ongoing operations and on the implementation of new capabilities. 
  • Participate in requirements gathering to solidify requirements and determine the best technical solution to meet the business needs.
  • Integrate internal and external applications.


Training & Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems or similar. Also Electronic Engineering is valid.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of SAP in MM/SD/PP/WM Module (vocabulary, flow management, Lean management).



  • Evaluates the cultural, technological, organizational and environmental factors which must be addressed in change programs.
  • Assesses the implications of new processes on both people and organization and identifies the activities necessary to ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
  • Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of projects or Improvements, directing and counseling project team members, and advising clients/users as necessary on all phases.Good communication skills to work with Domain Leaders and Key Users.
  • Determines the workload for the Area and proactively manages the timeline and backlog on an ongoing basis.
  • Ability to write reports in English / French desirable.
  • Knowledge of OFFICE and JIRA suits.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM /SD/PP/WM  Modules.
  • 2/3 Years of working in logistics/production area.
