Profile description & Job Task
- Respond as Level 2 to inquiries from Eramine users both on the Operation, Exploration and Project side regarding Software Applications, Infrastructure or Telecommunication Networks.
- Provide assistance in person, over the phone or via remote access overseeing the proper management of Technology Help Desk Service.
- Diagnose second or third level software problems, major technology peripherals for operation and centralized hardware.
- Execute software diagnostic tools and physically inspect hardware systems.
- Adopt Corporate IT processes and with the tools provided by the company globally.
- Talk to users about basic troubleshooting processes and manage them to achieve resolution.
- Provide training or coaching on software or technology products.
- Install and upgrade hardware and software systems.
- Write training manuals or instructional manuals
- Proactive monitoring of the different IT services and prevention of alarms arising from such monitoring.
- Follow-up of area management dashboards and SLAs.
- Work in coordination with the Group's Cybersecurity team to respond to preventive tasks or local solutions to any problems that may arise in this area.
- Work in an operative way the IT Purchase Request processes (cataloging requests, Order Request, Purchase Request), until its resolution and delivery by the supplier.
Trainings & Certifications
- Bachelor Degree in IT is requested
- Experience in mining companies and IT Proximity and Remote Services
- Certification that could be recommended : Itil, PMP, Prince2, Scrum, Cisco, Fortigate and Cybersecurity.
- English recommended / spanish mandatory as « mother languaje »

- Strong knowledge and experience supporting IT Services about IT Infrastructure
- Global comprehension of meaning of IT Support and Delivery.
- Knowledge of all Eramet standards and processes
