Profile description & Job task
- Assure the operation, quality, performance and cybersafty of all the deployed industrial applications (Level 3 according to Purdue Model) based on the best practices and expected service level.
- Develop and coordinate industrial applications proximity services (Level 1 support)
- Provide level 2 support on those solution (evolutive and corrective maintenance)
- Lead continuous improvement projects on Industrial applications
- Apply corporate standards and align industrial applications to a corporate one if exist
- Develop new standards and solutions on subjects where don’t exist one yet leveraging standardization across the company
- Deploy an Industrial Cybersecurity Management System according to global standards and corporate mandate
- Work with a high level of collaboration with the IT/OT Infrastructure superintendent
Training & certifications
- Good level of understanding of industrial automation systems (IACS) as well as industrial commutations
- Very good Knowledge and experience with Industrial data platforms as well as Production Management Systems (MOM / MES / Historian)
- Good understanding of the infrastructure topics (servers & network)
- Also, knowledge about other Purdue L-3 application´s (i.e. LIMS, CMMS, etc.) and Industrial IoT solutions will be appreciated
- Experience in applications integration not only in manufacturing execution layer but also integration with business applications
- Knowledge of Industrial Cybersecurity standards frameworks (i.e., IEC62443 / NIST CSF)
- 5 (Five) years or more in similar positions
- English & Spanish mandatory
