Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French global mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.
Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.

Objetivo del puesto
Responsable de liderar en el turno las tareas relacionadas con la operación de la planta, sistemas de gestión de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente; procedimientos internos de operación de planta, sistemas informáticos de operación y seguridad en el marco de las políticas de Eramine SA.
Línea jerárquica: reporta al Gerente de Planta.
Puna Salteña. Provincia de Salta, Argentina.
Responsabilidades:
- Liderar el equipo asignado.
- Velar por la operación continua de la planta en turno de 12 horas.
- Asegurar los grados de eficiencia y eficacia definido en el Budget anual.
- Operar una Planta Segura, atento a los estándares en materia de seguridad operacional definido.
- Promover una Cultura de Trabajo Seguro y de una Operación Sustentable.
- Desarrollar al equipo de trabajo asignado.
- Cumplir los planes de producción términos de métricas operacionales.
- Alcanzar el desafío de cero accidentes.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento del mapa de riesgos (químicos peligrosos, alta temperatura y energía eléctrica).
- Liderar y promover una cultura de una operación segura y responsable.
- Cumplir los procedimientos en materia de HSE, CSR, y Ética.
- Asegurar la existencia de insumos requeridos para cumplir con el plan de producción anual.
- Velar por el cumplimiento del mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de la planta.
- Participar en los equipos de investigación de accidentes.
Perfil:
- Ingeniero Químico o Industrial (excluyente).
- Experiencia al menos 5 años en plantas de producción con transformación fisicoquímicas.
- Inglés nivel intermedio/avanzado.
- Paquete Office nivel intermedio/avanzado.
- Conocimientos y compromiso con normas de seguridad.
- Conocimientos en Sistemas de gestión de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente; procedimientos internos de planta carbonato; sistemas informáticos de operación y seguridad.
- Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.
- Orientación a las personas y resultados.
- Agilidad organizativa y de planificación.
- Resolución de problemas.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar bajo modalidad roster (excluyente).
