Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French global mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in Salta, Argentina.

Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating, providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency. 

Talent Development Specialist M/F

Description:
The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for leading key processes in the talent management cycle at Eramine, focusing on performance, development, learning, and culture. They will be in charge of designing, implementing, and monitoring strategic training programs, performance management, and talent review processes aligned with the EPS culture and Eramet competencies.

This position reports to: Talent & Development Manager
Location: Salta Office, Argentina.

Responsibilities:


Talent Management:
• Advise and provide support to business leaders and client areas in personnel development processes:
  • Individual Development Plans
  • Talent Identification Processes – People Review
  • Succession Planning
  • Potential Diagnostics
Performance Management:
• Administer and implement performance evaluation processes (Mid-Year / APA)
• Provide support to client areas in processes related to performance management
• Design and implement training initiatives required by the process for client areas
• Implement performance improvement plans together with the leadership team
• Participate in interview processes for candidates aspiring to leadership positions
Leadership Development:
• Implement local and corporate leadership development programs, assuming the role of consultant to design, implement, and advise leaders on solutions that enable the development of behaviors and competencies

Training:
• Manage training for leadership levels at three tiers and soft skills aligned with business needs
• Coordinate internal and external training, workshops, and certification processes
• Manage the training budget, indicators, and area reporting
• Support leaders in designing development and training plans

Talent Acquisition:
• Support the talent acquisition and onboarding process by facilitating and reviewing the process when necessary
• Act as the local point of reference for platforms such as Talent@Work and internal tools, providing support to Hiring Managers
• Provide support for onboarding and offboarding with a focus on employee experience
Control and Management:
• Develop and manage area indicators
• Participate in the review of overall area costs and budget compliance
• Provide support for drafting scopes for area tenders and participate in the procurement process
• Propose process and development tool improvements aligned with Eramine’s culture

Your Profile:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Communication, or related fields (mandatory)
Experience:
• Over 7 years of experience in processes related to talent management (Training, Development, Talent Management, Employee Retention)

• More than 2 years of experience facilitating content in both in-person and remote modalities

Technical Skills:
• Performance management and talent review.
• Instructional design and adult training.
• Management of LMS platforms and talent management systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Office and advanced SAP SuccessFactors (Mandatory).
• Advanced level of English (Mandatory).
• Potential diagnosis (Desirable).
• Agile methodologies and employee experience (Desirable).
• Experience in managing indicators through IT tools like PowerBI (Desirable).
• Knowledge of methodologies in Change Management (Desirable).
