Eramine Sudamérica SA is a subsidiary of Eramet, a French global mining and metallurgical group. It is located in the Salar Centenario Ratones, at 3,800 meters above sea level, in the department of Los Andes, in the province of Salta, Argentina.

Exploration activities started 12 years ago and at the end of 2019 our pilot plant started operating providing a demonstration of the quality of the final lithium carbonate product, with more than 90% direct extraction efficiency.

 

Reports to: Talent and Developer Manager

Location: Argentina Salta - Office 

 

Description:

 

Reporting directly to the Talent and Developer Manager, you will be the support in promoting the Eramine experience and changing the focus of the training and development process for people working at Eramine, in turn, you will be required to provide support to the training and development processes by assisting in the oversight and supports effective training and coaching. He/she is also responsible for reporting management and provides strategic information through analysis and reporting.
 

Responsibilities:

1. Procedures and Budget: Participate in the assembly of procedures and follow up on the budget.

2. Training: Manage and execute trainings, including attendance registration, follow-up and deviation reporting.

3. Suppliers: Search, manage and coordinate suppliers for training and purchasing.

4. Evaluations: Support in the collection and analysis of satisfaction and learning evaluations.

5. E-learning: Follow up and control the LMS platform.

6. Orchestra System: Update training data in the system.

7. Talent Development: Manage the development and career of personnel.

8. Workshops and APA Process: Schedule, coordinate and execute workshops for performance evaluation.

9. Indicators and Reporting: Collect data, generate reports and correct information deviations.

10. Onboarding and Offboarding: Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

 

Your profile:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations or related.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar tasks and functions.

- Advanced English.

- Results oriented, project management and a strong commitment to promoting organizational culture.

- Availability to go on site if required.

- SAP and e-learning platforms, Success Factor.

- Previous experience in mining or related industries is valued.
