Lithium Technical Marketing Expert

Key Activities

TECHNICAL DIMENSION:

  • Comprehensive understanding process of Eramine Lithium product qualification, sample check, sample inspection method at customers.
  • Assist in the homologation of products at customers and final users.
  • Bring technical support to customers and manage the quality & development of the product with active interaction with the plant. In the case of claim, keep good communication with Paris, Eramine and customers, suggest solution and find root-cause of quality issue.
  • Provide customers with both theoretical and practical technical expertise on the use of Eramet products.
  • Participate in the animation and training of the sales network (technical marketing on Lithium usage and battery applications).
  • Structure and develop the value-in-use approach for Lithium Carbonate.
  • Participate to Conferences inside and outside Mainland China.
  • Carry out technical and economic benchmarking of competing supply. Work with Market Intelligence to develop models to understand Cost Structure of Competitors and End-Users.
  • Monitor trends in battery manufacturing and impacts on lithium consumption in terms of product specification and usage. 

 

TECHNICAL MARKETING DIMENSION:

  • Know Eramine Lithium product competition from quality and end users’ perspectives
  • Understand and follow the latest LiB technology development and trend in China.
  • Collect field information and support market intelligence team (specifications, capacity, utilization rate, projects, etc) to build and help updating data base covering Lithium production, demand, inventory, margin in China and abroad. 
  • Contribute to the promotion of Eramet products alongside Eramet sales teams, by ensuring a regular presence at target customers' and prospects' sites, and by establishing lasting relationships of trust with their technical teams.
  • Enhance the value of Eramet products through technical sales pitches, aimed at highlighting the qualities of Eramet’s offer versus competition, including the ESG dimension and in particular CO2 where relevant.
