Innovation Partnership Manager W/M

The position is based in 78 and is part of Eramet Ideas' Open Innovation department, which aims to drive Group innovation by identifying new business opportunities and emerging technologies, and establishing strategic innovation partnerships that create value for the Group. The candidate will work in collaboration with the Business Units and strengthen the connections between the Business Units and Innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Map, identify and coordinate innovative ecosystems in line with Eramet's roadmap to stimulate innovation.
- Identify new business opportunities/innovative technologies and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Manage Eramet's start-up portfolio, from scouting to implementing solutions on Eramet sites.
- Manage prospecting and market intelligence,
- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Work with cross-functional teams, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate mutual interests to develop and implement innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovation.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business or related field.
- 10 years of experience in innovation, open innovation or business development
- Experience in technology scouting and in supporting and/or investing in start-ups (sourcing, qualifying and monitoring)
- Experience in delivery innovation
- Knowledge in mining operation
- Well-developed network in the startup industry, accelerators and academic institutions across the world (at least in North America and Australia)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and results oriented skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
